1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WebCore F.E. ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Registration requires a valid Gmail or school email address and completed email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

To protect against abuse, the Platform applies rate limits to login attempts, registration, and password reset requests. Excessive attempts in a short period may result in a temporary delay before further attempts are accepted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent room, task, or usage limits
• Use the Platform's Rooms feature to host or distribute content unrelated to learning front-end web development
• Attempt to bypass copy-paste restrictions, timers, or other task settings configured by a Room host
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or Room data
• Harass, bully, threaten, or use abusive or discriminatory language toward other users
• Impersonate another user, a Room host, or a Platform Administrator
• Submit false or malicious reports against another user with the intent to harass them or trigger an unwarranted suspension

Some violations, such as unauthorized multi-room occupation, may be detected and suspended automatically by the system. Others, such as harassment or abusive language, rely on reports from other users and are reviewed manually by an Administrator before any action is taken.

4. Reporting Violations

Hosts and Participants may report one another directly from within a Room for suspected violations of these Terms. Each report is recorded against the reported account. An account that accumulates a sufficient number of reports within a rolling period may be automatically suspended, consistent with the same automated enforcement described in Section 5. A user may not submit more than one report against the same account within a 7-day period, to prevent repeated reporting from being used to artificially accelerate suspension.

5. Rooms, Tasks, and User-Generated Content

Users who create Rooms ("Hosts") are responsible for the tasks, instructions, and materials they upload. The Platform does not review Room content in advance. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their use of the Rooms feature complies with these Terms.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

An account may be suspended (temporarily or permanently) by an Administrator for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to those listed in Section 3. Suspension may also occur automatically, without prior manual review, when the system detects an account repeatedly performing the same abusive or exploitative action, or when an account accumulates a sufficient number of user-submitted reports as described in Section 4.

Every suspension records a reason and duration, is attributable to the acting Administrator (or to the system, for automatic suspensions), and is visible in the Platform's Audit Log. A suspended account loses access to authenticated features, including the Rooms Module, until the suspension is lifted or expires. Suspension decisions may be reviewed and reversed by an Administrator.

7. Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

8. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks to help offset hosting and domain costs. Details on how advertising cookies are used are provided in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform's lesson and exercise content is provided for educational purposes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
